Information you send us

When you use our form to schedule a tour, request information, or join the waitlist, we collect:

• your name, email address, and phone number
• your child’s name and birth date, from which we calculate your child’s age
• your desired start date and any siblings’ names and ages, if you include them
• which request you chose, which page’s form you used, and the date and time you sent it

If you email or call us, we also keep that conversation so we can follow up.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and arrange a tour
• To send you an automatic email confirming we received your request
• To manage our waitlist and enrollment
• To keep a record of inquiries, so no family is missed

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your inquiry is seen only by Miss Nicole and the small team who help run Little Ivy’s admissions and website. We also rely on a few trusted services to run the website. They handle information only on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Resend delivers the form’s emails.
• Google provides our email, the spreadsheet where inquiries are recorded, and the website statistics described below.
• Cloudflare runs the security check on our form and manages our web address.

If you move forward with enrollment, we may add your family’s details to Brightwheel, the childcare platform we use for admissions and parent communication. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Website statistics and cookies

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors found us (for example, a Google search or Instagram), the type of device, and approximate location by city. Google Analytics uses cookies, small files stored by your browser, to tell a new visit from a returning one.

These statistics don’t tell us who you are, and what you type into our inquiry form is never sent to Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way. Our site doesn’t respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. The cookie options above let you choose instead.

Spam protection

Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it. To do this, Cloudflare looks at information about your browser and device. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy notice for details.

Technical logs

Like most websites, our hosting service automatically records basic technical details when a page is requested, such as the IP address, browser type, and page address. These logs keep the site secure and working, and they are kept only briefly.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to reply to you and to manage enrollment and our waitlist. If you’d like us to delete your information sooner, just ask.

Children’s privacy

This website is meant for parents and guardians. A child’s information reaches us only when a parent or guardian provides it. We don’t knowingly collect information directly from children.

Keeping it safe

Information travels to us over a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and it’s stored in password-protected accounts that only people who need them can open. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, or to take you off our waitlist. Just contact us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top.
